Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance.  All payments are paid upfront by the client and I can provide you with an invoice or superbill to get reimbursed from your insurance company.  Insurance companies may offer "Out of Network Benefits" which will dictate reimbursement.

How much are sessions with you?

I understand that therapy requires a financial commitment. I firmly believe that counseling is an investment in your future well being.  Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and are $170 per session. I accept all major credit cards and HSA cards. A credit card on file is required.

Do you offer online or in-person therapy?

BOTH! I provide both virtual HIPAA-secure video sessions for clients throughout Pennsylvania and in-person therapy at my office in Exton, PA. We can choose the format that best supports your healing journey and daily life.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

Payment is due at the time of session. To honor our therapeutic commitment and ensure consistent care, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid a cancellation fee.

What do you specialize in?

I specialize in treating women through all of life's challenges. I help navigate my clients through grief, life transitions, and the anxiety attached to these things, I am DBT and EMDR trained which validate my expertise in treating trauma. I also work with women navigating body image and disordered eating challenges and use a HEALTH AT EVERY SIZE approach.

How long does therapy last?

The length of therapy looks different for everyone. Some clients come for a few months to work through a specific concern, while others choose to stay longer-term for deeper healing and ongoing support. I encourage clients to attend weekly or bi-weekly sessions to build rapport. We’ll talk together about your goals and revisit them as we go.
